Ohm Vijay Chappathi

This is being prepared using the primary grade wheat flour, RO & UV treated water, Iodine salt and vegetable oil which is softer, delicious and classic than home made one. As the entire process of preparation is machine made and hands free, the dough is 100% bacteria free and will not perish up to 6 days. The ingredients such as sugar, fruit, maida etc., are not used in the dough preparation for maintaining softness.
